Agent comprises (a) 0.01-10 wt.% of at least one carboxylic acid ester compound (I); (b) 0.1-30 wt.% of at least one 2-6C-diol compound; (c) 1-40 wt.% of at least one polyol compound; and (d) water. Agent comprises (a) 0.01-10 wt.% of at least one carboxylic acid ester compound of formula (C(ROCH 2) 4) (I); (b) 0.1-30 wt.% of at least one 2-6C-diol compound; (c) 1-40 wt.% of at least one polyol compound; and (d) water. R : branched (8-30C)-acyl (preferably 2-ethylhexanoyl, 2-octyldodecanoyl, isostearoyl, isocetanoyl, cetostearoyl, hexyllauroyl or isononanoyl) or H (preferred).
