A tea-water separation-type brewing apparatus comprising: an outer container (10), a cover body (20) arranged on the outer container (10), a tea leaf infuser (30) arranged within the cover body (20), a water container (40) movably arranged within the outer container (10), and a threaded rod-type lifting/lowering apparatus (60) arranged between the outer container (10) and the water container (40) and comprising a threaded rod (61) and a driver component (70) that is connected to the threaded rod (61) for driving the threaded rod (61) into rotation. The threaded rod-type lifting/lowering apparatus (60) is capable of lifting/lowering the water container (40) to allow the water container (40) to be positioned at a first position or at a second position, which is lower than the first position. When the water container (40) is positioned at the first position, water held within the water container (40) is allowed to enter the tea leaf infuser (30); when the water container (40) is positioned at the second position, the water container (40) is allowed to be separated from the tea leaf infuser (30), thus achieving the goal of tea-water separation.
