The present invention relates to a web-based multi-centered research system, and specifically to a web-based multi-centered research system for maintaining and managing, in real-time, records and statistics needed for a multi-centered collaborative research by implementing data stored in an attribute value structure for each subject as web-based web pages on a terminal by means of Windows-based communication. The web-based multi-centered research system according to the present invention comprises: a data server for storing and managing data; a web server, connected to the data server, for controlling the data in the data server; and a plurality of terminals, connected to the web server so as to enable communication, on which attribute values corresponding to the stored data item in the data server are implemented as a web page on the screens thereof, wherein the web server implements a modified screen via a web page when a user enters a modification of an item via the terminal, and when a user indicates, via the terminal, storage of modified data, then the attribute value corresponding to the data is changed and the stored screen is implemented via a web page, and the data stored in the database is modified on the basis of the modified attribute value. The present invention has the advantage of allowing additions to the database without having to change the overall database structure, and of making usage thereof more convenient by implementing the screens as web pages.
