PURPOSE: An index flange manufacturing apparatus and index flange manufacturing method are provided to manufacture the index flange by hardening melted resin by inserting the melted resin into a cavity corresponding to the size of an index flange.;CONSTITUTION: Lower mold(110) includes a cavity for transforming a plurality of ring type index flange. The cavity for transforming the index flange is formed in a concentric circle. Upper mold(120) is moved from an upside to a down side in the vertical unit of the lower mold. The upper mold closes and opens the cavity. A resin injection apparatus(130) injects the melted resin into the cavity.
