PURPOSE: A trenchless tunnel construction method is provided to reduce construction period and costs for a tunnel by forming the tunnel under the ground after inserting a leading end structure.;CONSTITUTION: A trenchless tunnel construction method comprises the steps of: excavating both sides of a predetermined site to form a propulsion base and an arrival base, forming a tunnel structure(1) comprising a tunnel unit body(20) and a leading end structure(10), installing a plurality of forward pressure jacks in the propulsion base, pressing the tunnel structure into the ground using the forward pressure jack, pressing the leading end structure into the ground by driving of a hydraulic jack(18) to form a space for installation of the tunnel structure under the ground, and extending a tunnel outside wall(21) of the tunnel unit body to the space and fixing a reaction beam(22) to the front side of the extended tunnel outside wall.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
