PURPOSE: A method for inhibiting chromosomal aberration or tumorigenesis of cells is provided to produce stem cells with normal chromosome and to effectively prevent chromosomal aberration.;CONSTITUTION: A method for inhibiting chromosomal aberration or tumorigenesis of cells comprises a step of suppressing SIRT1(silent information regulator T1) by deleting or inactivating SIRT1 gene. The SIRT1 is suppressed using Ex-527, sirtinol, nicotinamide(NAM), or splitomicin.
