PURPOSE: A surface reinforcing method for vehicle parts and a part reinforced by the same are provided to obtain high mechanical properties for satisfying durability of vehicle parts.;CONSTITUTION: A surface reinforcing method for vehicle parts comprises a casting step(S10), a laser remelting step(S20), and a machining step(S30). In the laser remelting step, a laser beam is projected at a constant propagation speed from a predetermined distance to a specified portion of a cast part so that the surface of the specified portion is remelted and rapidly hardened.
