PURPOSE: A hybrid megapolymer resin grout is provided to improve stability as a solid-reinforcing material with excellent mechanical behavior property and to improve economical efficiency and structural efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A hybrid megapolymer resin grout is manufactured by mixing 10-30 parts by weight of an inorganic material powder into 70-90 parts by weight of a megapolymer; a step of adding 0.1-10 parts by weight of a benzoyl peroxide and 0.01-1 parts by weight of a curing accelerator into the mixture with reference to the weight of the grout using the megapolymer resin. A mortal for manufacturing a multi-stage ground apparatus is manufactured by mixing 10-30 parts by weight of the megapolymer resin into 2-40 parts by weight of a mortal resin composition, 60-98 parts by weight of an inorganic granule.
