PURPOSE: A deck assembly with enhanced openness, a lining assembly with enhanced rigidity and openness by integrating a girder with the same, a temporary structure and a construction method with the lining assembly are provided to reduce material costs by enabling the repetitive reuse of members. CONSTITUTION: A deck assembly with enhanced openness comprises two horizontal frames(110), vertical ribs(120), and a deck(130). Multiple coupling grooves are formed in the horizontal frames in a longitudinal direction. The vertical ribs are inserted into the coupling grooves of the horizontal frames. The deck is installed on the tops of the vertical ribs. The bottom surface of the deck assembly is open by the latticed arrangement of the horizontal frames and the vertical ribs.
