PURPOSE: A fixing device for a ceiling finishing panel with improved construction performance is provided to simply connect a hanger and a carrying channel to each other without additional connection units.;CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for a ceiling finishing panel with improved construction performance comprises an anchor bolt(1), a hanger(2), a carrying channel(3), M-bars(4), and connection clips(5). The anchor bolt is fixed to a ceiling. The hanger is coupled to the anchor bolt and is composed of a horizontal plane(7) and a vertical plane(8). The horizontal plane has a bolt hole in which the anchor bolt penetrates through. The vertical plane has a pair of latching pieces. The carrying channel is installed in the hanger and comprises a latching groove(6). The M-bars are installed on the bottom of the carrying channel at a right angle.
