PURPOSE: A power amplifier having a dual current control mode is provided to reduce interference due to a radio frequency signal by controlling currents in a current amplifier through a resistance mirror circuit.;CONSTITUTION: A transistor mirror circuit(100) controls currents flowing through a main path, which is parallely connected to a power stage, and a mirror path according to variable resistance. A resistance mirror circuit(200) controls the current in the main path and the mirror path according to a fixed resistance ratio on the main path and the mirror path. A current control part(300) controls a control current flowing in the main path using a preset constant current. A voltage control part(400) provides a bias control signal corresponding to a differential voltage between a first voltage of a first node on the main path and a second voltage of a second node on the mirror path.
