EDCS: DRY CUTTING DIAMOND WIRE SAWS, AND ECO-FRIENDLY DRY CUTTING METHOD USING THE SAME STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A diamond wire saw for dry cutting and a method for environmentally cutting a structure using the same are provided to cut a concrete structure without water, and to collect dust generated when cutting the structure. CONSTITUTION: A diamond wire saw for dry cutting(S) comprises a steel wire rope(10), beads(20), a shank(30), a forming material(40), and a spring(50). The beads are fitted into the outer surface of the wire rope, and formed into a sintered diamond body. The shank is fitted between the wire rope and the bead. The forming material interposed between the beads. The spring is installed on the outer periphery of the wire rope. The gap between the beads is wide at the upper part, and narrow at the lower part. The width of the shank is shorter, same, or longer than the lower width of the bead.
