MICROSATELLITE MOLECULAR MARKER FOR SPECIFIC DISTINCTION IN CHLORELLA INTER-SPECIES AND STRAIN LEVEL

PURPOSE: A microsatellite molecular marker which is distinguishable at interspecies and intraspecies level of chlorella is provided to clearly divide chlorella within the same species. CONSTITUTION: A chlorella microsatellite specific molecular marker has a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-16. A primer for classifying chlorella has a base selected from sequence numbers 17-26. A composition for classifying chlorella has a primer of sequence numbers 17 and 18, 19 and 20, 21 and 22, 23 and 24, or 25 and 26. A kit for classifying chlorella contains the composition. A method for classifying chlorella comprises: a step of performing PCR using the primer for amplifying a microsatellite molecule of chlorella; and a step of classifying chlorella through fragment length polymorphism of amplified DNA.
