PURPOSE: A probe for iFRET(intrinsic fluorescence energy transfer) and a method for searching target protein-specific binding site or a molecule with the binding site are provided to easily and accurately analyze the amount, activity, and mechanism of various proteins.;CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting a target protein-specific binding site or a molecule with the binding site comprises: a step of linking the binding site or molecule with a fluorescent molecule with an intrinsic fluorescence acceptor function directly or through a linker and preparing a probe for iFRET; a step of treating the probe to a target protein; and a step of irradiating the target protein with a light with a wavelength which excites amino acids in the target protein and detecting the probe. The amino acid with intrinsic fluorescence of protein includes tryptophane, tyrosine, phenylalanine, or a mixture thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
