PLATED STEEL SHEET, IN WHICH LIQUID METAL EMBRITTLEMENT IS PREVENTED AND THE ALLOYING AND HIGH-TEMPERATURE STABILITY OF A GALVANIZED PLATING LAYER ARE IMPROVED, WITH THE SUPPRESSED LIQUID METAL EMBRITTLEMENT FOR A HOT PRESS MOLDING
PURPOSE: A plated steel sheet with a suppressed liquid metal embrittlement for hot press molding is provided to prevent a phenomenon in which a non-alloying or insufficient alloying area exists, thereby preventing the liquid metal embrittlement in a hot press molding.;CONSTITUTION: A plated steel sheet for a hot press molding includes a steel substrate and a galvanized plating layer which is formed on the upper side of the steel substrate. At the temperature of 750 degrees, the plating layer has a Fe thickening area of which the Zn content is less than 40 wt%, and a Zn thickening area of which the Zn content is more than 40 wt%. A metal content of the Zn thickening area is more than 0.1 wt%, and the other area is less than 0.1 wt%. The Gibbs free energy decrement per one mole of oxygen of the metal is less than that of Cr. Al is thickened to 0.1 to 0.3 wt% of the Fe thickening area, and distributed to less than 0.1 wt% at the Zn thickening area. Heated at a temperature of 750°C, the plating layer has the Fe thickening area of which the Zn content is 30 to 40 wt%, and a Zn thickening area of which the Zn content is 60 to 90 wt%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
