PURPOSE: An apparatus for painting the upper portion of a long is provided to paint the bottom surface of the long and a web material through an auto-gun.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for painting the upper portion of a long comprises a driving body(10), a roller hanger(20), a manipulator(30), and an auto-gun(40). The driving body comprises a driving wheel(11) and a wheel manipulation lever(12). The driving wheel travels on the upper side of the long(5). A roller hanger is extended from the driving body to the outside of the long and has a side roller(21). The manipulator is extended from the driving body to the bottom surface of the long along the side of the long.
