PURPOSE: An extracting method of essential oil from Retinispora is provided to extract the essential oil with a high yield which contains a large amount of sabinene and pinene and has a low viscosity. CONSTITUTION: An extracting method of essential oil comprises: a first step cooling and drying a Retinispora; a step of pulverizing the dried material into a particle size of 0.2-2 mm; a step of conducting a first supercritical extraction of the pulverized material at 40-50 deg. C and 100-200 bar; and a step of a second supercritical extraction of the material at 45-55 deg. C and 100-200 bar.
