MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A PVDF HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE BASED ON A THERMALLY INDUCED PHASE SEPARATION METHOD AND A STRETCHING METHOD CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING AN ASYMMETRIC HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE HAVING A GRADIENT OF A SIZE OF A PORE
PURPOSE: The manufacturing method of a PVDF hollow fiber membrane is provided to be able to manufacture an asymmetric PVDF hollow fiber membrane, manufacture a PVDF hollow fiber membrane without using an inorganic fine powder like a hydrophobic silica, and apply a relatively low temperature to the melting and mixing step.;CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a PVDF hollow fiber membrane comprises the following steps. The step of molding a non-solidified hollow fiber by extruding a melted mixture including a PVDF group resin, a DEP(Diethyl Phthalate), and a DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate); the step of obtaining a solidified hollow fiber by rapidly cooling the non-solidified hollow fiber using the liquid refrigerant at 0-30°C; the step of extracting and removing DEP and DBP from the solidified hollow fiber; and the step of extending the solidified hollow fiber before or after the step of extracting and removing DEP and DBP from the solidified hollow fiber are more included.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
