PRODUCING METHOD OF METAL NANOPARTICLES HAVING SURFACE ENHANCED RAMAN SCATTERING ACTIVITY USING CYCLODEXTRIN CAPABLE OF PRODUCING THE METAL NANOPARTICLES IN VARIOUS SHAPES AND SIZES BY CONTROLLING THE CONCENTRATION OF A REACTANT, AND THE REACTION TEMPERATURE, AND A BIO-SENSOR INCLUDING THE METAL NANOPARTICLES
PURPOSE: A producing method of metal nanoparticles is provided to produce the metal nanoparticles from metal salt by a one-pot process using cyclodextrin as a reducing agent and a protectant at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of metal nanoparticles comprises a step of mixing a metal salt aqueous solution, a cyclodextrin aqueous solution, and a base. Cyclodextrin is selected from alpha-cyclodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, and gamma-cyclodextrin. The base is selected from sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide. Metal salt contains one metal selected from Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, and Ti. The metal nanoparticles are capped with the cyclodextrin. The size and the shape of the noparticlesis controlled by adjusting one of the conditions selected from the concentration of the cyclodextrin, the concentration of the base, or the reaction temperature of a mixing step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
