PURPOSE: A data writing device for increasing a writing speed of a memory link architecture(MLA), and a method thereof are provided to perform a writing operation when image data is written in the MLA at the same time, thereby increasing the writing speed of the image data.;CONSTITUTION: A read-only memory(ROM) writer(200) includes a CPU controlling a writing operation of data. Socket boards(220-1 to 200-m) comprise MLA sockets composed of a multi-port memory, a non-volatile memory controller, and a non-volatile memory. The socket boards read stored image data and individually perform the writing operation in the MLA sockets.
