RACK CIRCUMSTANCES MONITORING SYSTEM FOR MONITORING IN REALTIME AT THE INDIVIDUAL STATE OF A HUGE SCALE GOODS STORAGE RACK AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREFORE

PURPOSE: A rack environment monitoring system for monitoring the individual conditions of a large scale article storage rack and a control method thereof are provided to quickly remove risk factors on loaded articles by checking temperature change and smoke presence of each individual rack through a heat/smoke combination detector. CONSTITUTION: A heat/smoke combination detector(2) complexly detects temperature and smoke in each individual rack(1a-n). A vertical tray pole member(4) processes wires connected with the heat/smoke combination detector as a common wire. A horizontal tray pole member(5) collects detection signals of the heat/smoke combination detector through the vertical tray pole member. A control box unit(6) processes the collection and transmission of the detection signals. A control server(7) takes a proper action for the state of the individual rack transmitted from the control box unit.
