PNEUMATIC ACTIVE ENGINE MOUNT SYSTEM AND A CONTROLLING METHOD FOR THE SAME, CAPABLE OF ACTIVELY INSULATING THE VIBRATION OF AN ENGINE ACCORDING TO A SITUATION BY CHANGING AN OPTIMAL CONTROLLING FACTOR THROUGH A CONTROLLING UNIT
PURPOSE: A pneumatic active engine mount system and a controlling method for the same are provided to effectively reduce vibration by approving a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal as a controlling signal for driving a solenoid valve.;CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic active engine mount system comprises an engine mount, a vacuum tank, a solenoid valve(150), and a controlling unit(100). The engine mount is installed between an engine and a car body. The vacuum tank stores negative pressure for the engine mount. The solenoid valve delivers the negative pressure to the engine mount by opening and closing the fluid passage of the vacuum tank. The controlling unit comprises an air conditioner status determination unit(110), and gear state determination unit(120), and a RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) input unit(130). The air conditioner determination unit determines whether an air conditioner is on or off by being inputted the driving voltage of a vehicle air conditioner. The gear determination unit determines the N, D, R status of a gear according to the output value of a shift position sensor.
