PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a phenol, acetone, and alpha-methylstyrene is provided to manufacture an alpha-methylstyrene with a high selectivity and conversion rate through a dehydration process using a resin catalyst.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a phenol, acetone, and alpha-methylstyrene comprises a step of manufacturing a cumene hydroperoxide stream by oxidizing cumene; a step of separating a part of the cumene hydroperoxide stream and manufacturing a cumyl alcohol by hydrogenating the separated stream under the presence of a precious metal catalyst; a step of dehydrating the cumyl alcohol-containing reactant under the presence of an acidic catalyst; and a step of separately dehydrating the residual part of the cumene hydroperoxide stream.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Cumene; (BB) Phenol, AMS, acetone
