SECURITY SYSTEM OF A VANET USING AN AUTHENTICATED BOOT AND AN IMPROVED TPM AND A METHOD THEREOF CAPABLE OF GUARANTEEING SAFE COMMUNICATION AND THE PROTECTION OF USER INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A security system of a VANET(Vehicle Ad-Hoc Network) using an authenticated boot and an improved TPM(Trusted Platform Module) and a method thereof are provided to improve safety and reliability by using an authenticated boot method for blocking a malicious code. CONSTITUTION: A remote server message receiver(10) receives a message from a remote server. An AESUID(Automatic Engine Stopper & User Informing device)(20) stops the operation of a client or notifies a situation to a user. A secure monitor(30) independently performs a non-secure process to a part requiring security in a secure mode while monitoring processes. If the user changes the client, an automatic server register(50) automatically registers the client in the server. If there is an error in the generation of a random number, a multiple certificate storage device(60) loads a plurality of certificates into a vehicle to maintain execution.
