PURPOSE: A winch for an outer wall cleaning device is provided to prevent safety accidents by stably supporting the outer wall cleaning device.;CONSTITUTION: A winch for an outer wall cleaning device comprises a lower frame(100), side frames(110), an upper frame(120), wheels(200,210), a weight(300), a wheel driving unit, a boom(500), a boom support unit(600), and an obstacle avoiding unit(700). The frame is assembled and separated to control the height and width of the winch. The wheels are installed on the underside of the lower frame. The weight is placed on the top of a reinforcing frame(140) installed in the middle of the lower frame and is fastened by a fastening belt. The wheel driving unit is installed at the top of the lower frame and drives the wheels. The boom is fixed and installed above the upper frame.
