PURPOSE: An electronic engine revolutions-per-minute automatic variation system of an agricultural vehicle for cushioning transmission shock is provided to instantaneously raise or lower engine revolutions per minute when the transmission gear of the vehicle mounted with an electronic engine is shifted into forward/reverse positions or the positions of various levels, thereby minimizing the transmission shock.;CONSTITUTION: An electronic engine RPM(Revolutions-Per-Minute) automatic variation system of an agricultural vehicle for cushioning transmission shock includes an electronic engine(50) and a TCU(Transmission Control Unit)(40). The electronic engine is electronically controlled by an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(30). The TCU electronically controls whether or not power is connected in a power transmission system, and gear shift timing. The TCU identifies gear shift signals from a gear lever. The TCU outputs engine RPM up/down signals which are predetermined values corresponding to the gear shift signals.
