PURPOSE: A cavitation impact damping structure for a liquefied natural gas cargo hold, an impact testing device, and a test piece for an impact test are provided to increase pressure resistance by damping impact load applied to a first barrier wall as impact absorbing members are mounted between the first barrier wall and a first insulation layer.;CONSTITUTION: A cavitation impact damping structure for a liquefied natural gas cargo hold comprises impact absorbing members(70). The liquefied natural gas cargo hold comprises a first barrier wall(10) and a first panel(20). The first barrier wall contacts to liquefied natural gas to store the liquefied natural gas. The first panel is mounted on the rear side of the first barrier wall. The impact absorbing members are mounted between the first barrier and the first panel to absorb impact load applied to the first barrier. Each impact absorbing member comprises a fiber mat(72), a first surface sheet(74), and a second surface sheet(76).
