AUTO LEVER SHIFT ASSEMBLY INSPECTOR, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING WORK EFFICIENCY BY SIMPLIFYING THE WORK PROCESS OF WORKERS

PURPOSE: An auto lever shift assembly inspector is provided to perform assembly and inspection processes with a single device by equipping various sensors and devices for the inspection and assembly processes of an auto lever shift.;CONSTITUTION: An auto lever shift assembly inspector comprises a spring compressor(24), a light sensor, a magnet inspector(23), an escaping force inspector(25), an insert omission prevention inspector(22), a pin join inspector, and an error detection sensor(21). The spring compressor compresses a spring for joining a pin of an auto lever shift hinge joint into one side. The light sensor measures the intensity of light on the tube part of an auto lever shift for sensing the processed condition of the surface. The magnet inspector senses the polarity of magnet. The pole escaping force inspector measures a pole escaping force. The insert omission prevention inspector inspects the existence of an insert. The pin join inspector joins a pin for fixing the compressed spring. The error detection sensor senses the processing missing of a notch.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
