PURPOSE: An eco-friendly deco-sheet having an excellent printable property and processing property is provided to use an eco-friendly ink composite for the deco-sheet for printing a substrate manufactured with a resin not containing harmful substances such as heavy metals or phthalate-based plasticizers.;CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly deco-sheet comprises a substrate layer, a printing layer on the substrate layer, and a coating layer on the printing layer. The substrate layer is formed with a thermoplastic resin containing an acrylic rubber or butadiene-based rubber. The coating layer is an acrylic coating layer. The printing layer is a polyurethane-based printing layer. The polyurethane-based printing layer is printed with an ink comprising 0.01 to 20 wt% of an organic pigment, 10 to 50 wt% of a urethane resin, and 30 to 80 wt% of at least one solvent selected from a group of alcohol, acetate, and ether. The solvent does not contain toluene or methyl ethyl ketone. The coating layer is formed by hardening an acrylic monomer and a coating agent containing the alcohol. An ink composite for forming the printing layer on a substrate comprising the thermoplastic resin containing the acrylic rubber and/or the butadiene-based rubber comprises 0.01 to 20 wt% of the organic pigment, 10 to 50 wt% of the urethane resin, and 30 to 80 wt% of an alcohol solvent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
