PURPOSE: A floor plate structure including a steel-concrete composite beam to reduce the story height and a construction method for the same are provided to lighten the weight of a steel-concrete composite beam and facilitate the delivery and installment by pouring concrete to the steel-concrete composite beam in the field.;CONSTITUTION: A steel-concrete composite beam to reduce the story height comprises a beam member(110), a strand(130), and a stiffener(150). The beam member comprises upper and lower flanges(111,112) and a web(113). A concrete part(230) is integrally poured on both sides of the web. The steel-concrete composite beam and column are joined. A deck plate(210) is installed on the upper surface of the lower flange. The upper surface of the deck plate is poured with concrete by being embedded with the strand.
