PURPOSE: Natural medulla morphological analysis system and method are provided to enable scientific investigation on a specific sample.;CONSTITUTION: A medulla pattern analysis unit(100) analyzes whether a pattern of a medullar of a sample is a continuous pattern, a non-continuous pattern and nonexistent pattern. A medulla structure analysis unit(200) analyzes whether a pattern of a medullar of a sample belongs among irregular crystalline type, continuous monolayer type, a mesh type and a lattice type. A medulla rate calculation unit(300) calculates a medulla width to a cortex full width including the medulla of a sample ratio. A medullar information DB(400) stores and manages pattern, structure and medulla rate information of various human hairs or animal hairs.
