PURPOSE: A porous zeolite and manganese oxide composite, a manufacturing method thereof and a removal agent of volatile organic compounds which include the same are provided to effectively absorb and remove volatile organic compounds and to mass produce zeolites by synthesizing zeolites using microwave in short time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous zeolite and manganese oxide composite comprises the following steps: (1 step) mixing a porous carbonaceous mold with a manganese oxide precursor solution; (2 step) adding a zeolite precursor solution to the mixture and mixing; (3 step) irradiating the mixture with microwave and synthesizing zeolites; removing the carbonaceous mold by heat treating the synthesized zeolites; and (4 step) forming mesopores within the zeolites. The manganese oxide is dispersed in the zeolite having mesopores. [Reference numerals] (AA) Step of mixing a porous carbonaceous mold with a manganese oxide precursor solution(Step 1); (BB) Step of adding a zeolite precursor solution to the mixture of the step 1 and mixing(Step 2); (CC) Step of irradiating the mixture with microwave and synthesizing zeolites(Step 3); (DD) Step of thermally treating the zeolites synthesized from the step 3 and removing the carbonaceous mold(Step 4)
