PURPOSE: A personalized and intelligent mobile application recommending method is provided to enable a subject related to a user, a mobile service providing company, and an application development company to obtain benefits by maximizing the acceptability of recommended applications. CONSTITUTION: An estimation module extracts the situation estimation of a user and a related application(S10). An analysis module analyzes similar users by analyzing user information(S20). An analysis result integrated module integrates analysis results of the analysis module(S30). A recommendation module recommends the application according to a final score calculated by the analysis result integrated module(S40).
