PURPOSE: A personal relationship management system using an application and a method thereof are provided to record a history of information for personal relationship by collecting communication contents and defining a keyword per generation of a communication event between a user and an opponent. CONSTITUTION: A communication content receiving unit(301) receives communication contents between a user and an opponent from a user terminal(2). A keyword definition unit(302) analyzes a voice or a text corresponding to a format of the communication contents and extracts a keyword which defines personal relationship between the user and the opponent. A personal relationship information providing unit(303) generates a history of the analyzed communication contents and the keyword as personal relationship information of the opponent and supplies the personal relationship information to the user terminal.
