摘要

PURPOSE: A magnetostriction phase arrayed transducer for horizontal shear bulk acoustic wave conversion is provided to guarantee wide beam width from an installation point in a direction toward a measurement sample.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of magnetostriction members(100) made of a ferromagnetic material closely installs a plate structure end surface(110) with a surface of a sample by line contacting. An insulator(200) is arranged in each side of the magnetostriction members. A meander coil(300) has a plurality of coil l lines extended in the parallel direction to the end surface on the insulator, connects the adjacent coil line so that current flows in the opposite direction with each other and generates a dynamic magnetic field with respect to the magnetostriction member. Magnets(400a,400b) are installed to generate a static magnetic field perpendicular to the dynamic magnetic field.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
