PURPOSE: The blue crab flesh separating device and the separation method using the same is provided to maintain a nutrient within the blue crab in the separating process, and prevent decay by increasing a processing speed.;CONSTITUTION: The blue crab flesh separating device comprises a suction separator(10) separating internal organ and gonad of the blue crab from the blue crab body, a crusher(20) equipped with a pair of a crushing roller, which is formed as a encapsulated type drum shape, a flesh separator(30) equipped with a pair of a pressure roller, which forms a pore in a penetration hole respectively. The suction separator comprises a vacuum pumping part inhaling air, a suction part collecting internal organ and gonad of the blue crab according to an amount of air inhaled of the vacuum pumping part, a containing part which collects internal organ and gonad of the blue crab after a top part is shut tightly by a cover comprises opening part respectively connected to the vacuum pumping part and suction part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
