METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A NARCE CARD USING A NARCE PLATE AND THE NARCE CARD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mother-of-pearl card producing method using a mother-of-pearl plate and a mother-of-pearl card by the same are provided to form a mother-of-pearl pattern by attaching a printed sheet to the front and back surfaces of an inlay sheet which is the mother-of-pearl plate with strengthened durability. CONSTITUTION: A mother-of-pearl card producing method using a mother-of-pearl plate comprises: a step which manufactures an inlay sheet by reinforcing the rigidity of a mother-of-pearl plate(100); a step which exposes only a part of the mother-of-pearl plate, and manufactures a top and bottom overlay sheet in which prints having a mother-of-pearl pattern is formed through an exposed part(112); a step which laminates the top and bottom overlay sheet on the top and bottom of the inlay sheet, and presses at a high temperature(116, 118); and a step of punching sheets which are pressed at a high temperature to a card shape(120). A mother-of-pearl card comprises: the inlay sheet which is manufactured by reinforcing the rigidity of the mother-of-pearl plate; and the top and bottom overlay sheet having the prints which is positioned at the external side of the inlay sheet, exposes only a part of a mother-of-pearl plate, and forms a mother-of-pearl pattern through an exposed part.
