BIOCHIP AND A METHOD FOR CHANGING A CULTURE MEDIUM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A biochip and a method for changing a culture medium thereof are provided to easily change a culture medium into a fresh culture medium without damage to a biological material contained in the cultured medium.;CONSTITUTION: A biochip comprises: a substrate member (110) with a plurality of grooves containing a culture medium; and an interval keeping member (120) which is formed at the substrate member and keeps the interval between the substrate members to move a biological material to a culture medium of other substrate member. A method for changing a culture medium of the biochip comprises the steps of: preparing a first biochip (100) containing a first culture medium (cultured medium) and a second biochip containing a second culture medium (fresh culture medium); turning the first biochip upside down to expose the biological material to the surface of the first culture medium; contacting the first and second biochips; and separating the first and second biochips when the biological material moves to the second culture medium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
