METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRE ROD FOR HIGH CARBON CHROMIUM BEARING STEEL HAVING IMPROVED FATIGUE LIFE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BEARING STEEL USING THE WIRE ROD AND HIGH CARBON CHROMIUM BEARING STEEL MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of wire rods for high carbon chrome bearing steel for improving the fatigue lifespan by miniaturizing the perlite lamellar tissue structure, a manufacturing method of bearing steel using the wire rods, and a high carbon chromium bearing steel manufactured thereby are provided to miniaturize the perlite lamellar structure prior to the spheroidizing annealing time, thereby shortening the spheroidizing heat treatment time, and improving the fatigue lifespan. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of wire rods for high carbon chrome bearing steel for improving the fatigue lifespan comprises the following steps of: manufacturing wire rods by heating steel material at 900 to 1100C for 0.5 to 2 hours and hot rolling at 700 to 1100C; cooling the wire rods after spheroidizing annealing the wire rods at 750 to 850C for 0.5 to 2 hours; quickly cooling the wire rods after heating the wire rods at 800 to 880C for 0.5 to 2 hours; and tempering the wire rods at 150 to 200C for 0.5 to 2 hours.
