PURPOSE: An optical visualization method of a graphene crystal plane is provided to reduce time and costs and to check a crystal structure of a wide area capable of being observed with a polarization microscope.;CONSTITUTION: An optical visualization method of a graphene crystal plane is as follows. A target graphene layer is formed on a substrate (5). A liquid crystal layer (15) is formed on the target graphene layer. A target graphene crystal plane is visualized by measuring optical properties of the liquid crystal layer. The substrate is selected from a group composed of glass, polymer, a semiconductor, and a mixture thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
