PURPOSE: A system for removing submicron sized particles is provided to remove or collect the particles without a filter of high density or charging energy.;CONSTITUTION: A system for removing submicron sized particles includes a demister, a medium filter, a chemical reaction filter unit, a first submicron filter unit, and a second submicron filter unit. The demister removes moisture from the air which is injected into the system through an air inlet. The demister, the medium filter, the chemical reaction filter unit, the first submicron filter unit, and the second submicron filter unit are successively arranged. The chemical reaction filter unit includes a spraying unit, a film, and an intermediate filter or a filter of low density. The spraying unit sprays a liquid compound to the air which passes through the intermediate filter and contains submicron particles. The film is filled with a second solution which chemically bonds primary particles to be solidified.
