PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a graphene/transition metal oxide nanocomposite is provided to control the supply of heat to a polyol solvent, which functions as a reducing agent, using microwaves. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a graphene/transition metal oxide nanocomposite using micropulse waves comprises the steps of: preparing graphite oxide powder based on carbon nanomaterials; dispersing the graphite oxide powder into a polyol solvent, and treating the solution with ultrasonic waves; dispersing a transition metal precursor into the solution, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to be in the range of 8-13; for the dispersed solution to be pulse-irradiated with microwaves of 200-1000W per 5-20 seconds for 3-20 minutes, and thermally treating the irradiated solution at the temperature of 200-400C.
