PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of poly-silicone using waste silicone powder is provided to reduce the producing cost by applying a dry purification process like the arc plasma.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of poly-silicone comprises the steps of: manufacturing silicone by sintering waste silicone powder; and refining the sintered silicone by an arc plasma treatment.
