PURPOSE: Customized promotion inducing an item which is the same as or similar to the item for a user who spent all cash items to stimulate consumer sentiment. It is not preventing actual transaction buying/selling cash items outside with item balancing but performing promotion directly stimulating consumer sentiment to induce buying a cash item which receive actual money from a consumer. Even when a user re-purchases the item since he or she is not satisfied with it, an item similar to but different from the item is suggested, further purchase of a recommended item able to be used together is once more suggested, a discount rate and a discount cost are highlighted, and thus stimulating consumer sentiment is maximized. A size of a promotion window for re-purchase can be enlarged, a discount breakdown is highlighted, a product fitting customer's characteristics is promoted, a customized service is implemented, and purchasing is induced.;CONSTITUTION: When a client buys an item, a controller controls to store information of the item into a storage unit by associating with an ID. When the controller monitors a sub-item remaining rate of the item to find they are used up, data of a recommended item, a possessing item, and the ID in the storage unit are outputted.
