PURPOSE: A prediction method and system are provided to predict the present, today, tomorrow, and future of a user by analyzing data inputted through a psychological test and measuring the data by a diagnostic rule. CONSTITUTION: A computer analyzes a score value corresponding to an example selected by a user. The computer measures a mental state value of a user, a physical state variation value for each time, and a behavior variation value according to age and gender based on a score value aggregated for each group. A diagnostic server uses a rule predetermined to generate a user cron value. The diagnostic server analyzes the value of the example selected by the user and checks seven kinds of mental state values. The diagnostic server automatically collects domestic and foreign political news articles at every hour in order to measure the value of a political change factor.
