PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fibrous scaffold composed of electrospun porous poly(-caprolactone) fibers is provided to produce a fibrous scaffold suitable for transplantation through CaP process and coating process based on CaP coating, the distribution of multiple pore sizes, biocompatibility, and conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fibrous scaffold composed of electrospun porous poly(-caprolactone) (PCL) fibers comprises the following steps. The PCL is dissolved with a solvent mixture and turned into homogeneous PCL solution. A porous polymeric fibrous scaffold is produced. The porous fibrous scaffold is treated with alkaline solution. The porous fibrous scaffold is treated with calcium chloride solution. Calcium phosphate (CaP) is deposited on the surface of the porous fibrous scaffold by vapor deposition. The deposition of CaP is accelerated by treating the porous fibrous scaffold with simulated body fluid (SBF). The porous fibrous scaffold is treated by hot pressing at 50C, and a three-dimensional porous fibrous scaffold structure is formed.
