PURPOSE: An air conditioning control system is provided to perform an air conditioning control for a building based on the recognition of behaviors and spaces of a user. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning control system for a building based on the recognition of behaviors and spaces includes a behavior recognition sensor (41) for sensing behaviors of a user performed in one or more specific spaces; and a control unit performing an air conditioning control for the specific spaces. The air conditioning control system includes a first control server (21) extracting specific behavior information from the behavior information and recognizing the specific behavior as a behavior pattern; a second control server (23) performing an air conditioning control based on the operation information including the behavior pattern, the place information, set information; and a third server (25) having a feedback about the information of how the user feels about the air conditioning to the specific spaces.
