A PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTING A SALT FARM AND SUN-DRIED SALT PREPARED IN THE SALT FARM

PURPOSE: A method for constructing a salt pan is provided to manufacture a salt board with improved surface hardness, horizontality and flatness by using the composite of powder catalyst and mixed liquid for solidification as a solidifying agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a salt pan comprises the steps of: preparing for a first agent and a second agent; making black mud mortar by mixing black mud with the second agent in liquid form and making a mixture (2) by mixing the first agent with the black mud mortar; perforating a black mud layer (1) which is a bottom layer of a salt board; forming a salt pan by drilling the mixture into the perforated black mud layer; solidifying the formed salt pan; and pasting coating agent on the surface of the dried salt pan. The first agent includes a solidifying agent selected from among ground granulated blast-furnace slag, fly ash, aluminum ash, volcanic ash, and combinations thereof. The second agent includes an inorganic binder made from mM2O (M=K, Na or Ca), nSiO2, Al2O3, xH2O, water, and sodium silicate.
