PURPOSE: virtual content and network system are provided in residential area and provide life interest because using abundance, by opening in virtual community. ;CONSTITUTION: network system operates the residential quarters of virtual community. Central workstation (200-231) supports portal content platform, residential quarter, the material of community activity. Control is the status according to nonmetallic materials and operates differentiation local community. Cloud computer system (300-333) is connected to network system, to extend capacity, to reduce the load of local community and network insertion. Conductor is selected from resident in community activity.
