PURPOSE: Apolipoprotein (a) which is a protein marker for diagnosing breast cancer, a method for detecting the same, and a kit containing an antibody for the same for diagnosing breast cancer are provided to enhance diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy and to simply diagnose breast cancer using blood from a patient, thereby early diagnosing breast cancer.;CONSTITUTION: A method for selectively detecting apolipoprotein (a) with a sequence of sequence number 1 from a blood sample comprises the step of detecting the protein through multiple reaction monitoring using a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer contains information on a target peptide of the protein and a pair of parent and daughter ions of the target peptide for detecting the protein from a blood sample by multiple reaction monitoring.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
